'' Rav Kahana IV (Hebrew: (רב כהנא (הרביעי) was a Jewish Amora sage of Babylon, of the fifth and sixth generation of the Amora sages. He was the cousin of R. Ashi and served as the Dean of the Pumbedita Academy Yeshiva from 395 (ד'קנ"ו, Hebrew calendar) until 412 (ד'קע"ג, Hebrew calendar). Despite being of the same generation of Rav Papa and Huna b.
